It is almost never offered because the driver is the hotel porter who is always busy moving luggage.Otherwise a value for money hotel." |

The staff were friendly and heplfull. We liked the breakfast buffet at street level. Our room was spotlessly cleaned. So we are now planning our next visit to Thailand and we look forward to staying at Woraburi." |

You have a notice in the lift to say not to use taxi outside as they are not with the hotel. I needed to go to the airport and they directed me straight there. When i asked the driver to put the meter on, he refused. I then went back to reception & the ladies would not help me, in fact walked away from me when i challenged her about the sign in the lift. They would not call me a taxi so i waited and hailed a taxi myself who was more than happy to put the meter on. i felt extremely let down, first time to thailand & again the ladies at your reception desk was the rudest i ve encounter. The pool is more for children than adult. Breakfast was okay but for the 5 days we stayed, it s the same everyday." |
