"Zenith has perfect location but keeping in view their charges,the facilitties provided at their rooms does not match. For example they provided us a old 21 inch tv & there is no wifi in the room. Like wise our room electricity was gone three times but it was fixed by their engineers.The only plus point is its location near arab community." | ||

"The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. "Booked a deluxe room but did not recieve one. Front desk said I could change rooms at 1 pm and then at 1 said they were booked full. Changed rooms the next day and for nothing as the deluxe and standard rooms are exactly the same except deluxe has a better view of the parking lot and a keycard access.Thai staff helpful and Phillipine staff snotty and lazy. "Very nice hotel. Pool a little small but on the whole a quality hotel. The room is hi-tech with a 42 screen. I would recommend this hotel to families, single travellers or business as it is in the business district but only a short walk for entertainment." | ||

"Location is perfect. Smack in the middle of all the major shopping centres. I understand that this hotel is not new, but when i was there, the overall outlook is alright The staff is also very helpful n efficient.
